Terms and Conditions of Use
Elior Group has created and opened the website www.confidence-executivesearch.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) for the personal information of Internet users who use it. Connection to and access to the Site imply full and unreserved acceptance by the user of these terms and conditions of use (hereinafter the “Terms”).

Protection of Personal Data
Users are informed that personal data collected through contact forms, personalized services, or other questionnaires may be subject to automated processing by Elior Participations or other companies of the Group (i.e. companies which, within the meaning of Article L233-3 of the French Commercial Code, (i) directly or indirectly control, (ii) are under the direct or indirect control of, or (iii) are under common control with Elior Group (408 168 003 RCS NANTERRE), hereinafter referred to as the “Group Companies”).
The Group Companies ensure respect for privacy and the security of information collected via the Site. Consequently, the information provided by the user is not shared with third parties and is intended solely for the use of the Group Companies, their departments, and their personnel.
When browsing the Site, the following data may be collected (the list below covers all forms, questionnaires, and personalized services associated with the Site):
Name, first name, title/function, postal code, company name or brand, email address, subject and content of the message, gender, city, country, employer’s website name, phone number (personal or professional, landline or mobile), password, customer status with any Group company, relevant market or entity, internal mobility, message-related HR information (for employees), needs, site description (number of people, m², number of beds), CV, cover letter, region, media name (for press contacts), restaurant name (for diner contacts), department name (sales, partnership, quality, recruitment, other), job of interest.
The collected data are used solely to process and respond to user requests, or, in the case of spontaneous applications, to allow the candidate’s request to be handled through the appropriate Group communication channels. In such cases, the data may be shared with relevant Group departments and staff.
The data collected through the Site are intended exclusively for the Group Companies, their employees, and departments (hereinafter the “Recipients”).
Data are retained only as long as necessary to process the request and provide an appropriate response.
Certain information on the online forms is mandatory (indicated as such). Failure to provide it or entering it incorrectly will prevent the information from being transmitted and considered.
If a user subscribes to one of our newsletters, their email address will only be used for sending communications and announcements from Elior Participations or other Group Companies. It will not be shared with commercial partners. Users can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe link” in our communications.

Elior Group, Elior Participations, and the Group Companies cannot be held liable for:

The Site is operated by Elior Participations, whose headquarters are in France, and these Terms are governed by French law.
Users accessing the Site from outside France must ensure compliance with local laws.
